TCP Church Leadership Cohort
Street-Level Leadership. City-Wide Vision. Theology with a Bus Pass.
Applications are now open for TCP’s Church Leadership Cohort, launching this October! This 8-month program (Oct–May) gathers 20–30 Chicago leaders one Saturday a month to learn from seasoned pastors and ministry leaders.
Led by Brian Dye and Larry Perez, sessions cover Gospel Theology, personal formation, contextual ministry, disciple-making, leadership, and more—all in a locally grounded, city-focused community.
For Emerging & Established Leaders: Pastors, church planters, ministry staff, nonprofit leaders, youth/worship/kids leaders—if you’re leading in Chicago, this is for you!
