RTS Classes
Reformed Theological Seminary is excited to host 5 classes in the Chicagoloand area in the next year! The classes are either one or two-week intensives with the first taking place July 6-10th at Holy Trinity Church.

Jesus Was a Migrant Film Screening & Conversation
The Vineyard Church of Hyde Park is hosting a screening of Jesus Was a Migrant on July 14, 7-9pm. The evening will explore migration through the lens of faith and include a panel conversation with Chicago-area migrants, community members, and World Relief Chicago staff.
Guests will hear updates on current realities in Chicago and learn practical ways churches and individuals can respond with compassion and support. The event will take place at 5333 S. Greenwood Ave., refreshments will be served, and all are welcome. Additional details here.
Hiring Day at By the Hand

Finishing Well Workshop
New Life Community Church Humboldt Park (1410 N. Springfield Ave) is hosting Finishing Well, a free workshop with Dr. John Kilner of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School on Sunday, July 19, from 12:15 to 1:15 PM. This practical session will explore the biblical importance of preparing an end-of-life medical directive and introduce a free resource to help participants create one that aligns with their faith. LINC Summer Network Gathering
LINC is inviting city leaders, families, and friends to its Summer Network Gathering on Thursday, July 23, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Trinity Church in Galewood. The evening will include a cookout on the lawn, worship, networking with city leaders, prayer, and a message from Martell Hixson on the theme, “The Gospel Is Our Strength.”
Dinner will be provided, and guests are encouraged to bring the whole family, along with lawn chairs or picnic blankets. RSVP is requested to help the team prepare for the evening. Click here to RSVP.

Moody Bible Institute has established an endowed faculty chair honoring the life and gospel legacy of Dr. John M. Perkins. Dr. Eric C. Redmond has been appointed as the inaugural John M. Perkins Professor of Christian Community Development, Biblical Justice, Reconciliation, and Interpretation of Scripture.
